Returns

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days for everyday gifts and products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns on plush and seasonal items past the respective holiday date.

To receive a refund to the original form of payment, please provide a receipt and ensure the return falls within the 30-day limit. For returns without a receipt or outside the 30-day limit, we will accept items in original, unopened packaging and provide store credit.

All Squishy Sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.We are not responsible for damage that occurs after purchase or during use.If your squishy is broken right when opened, please let us know immediately and we'll be happy to assist you.
